Jan Piercy is advisor to ShoreBank Corporation, a Chicago-based bank holding company focused on community economic development in the U.S. and abroad. In addition, Ms. Piercy is currently raising capital for ShoreCap International, which invests in financial institutions that lend to small borrowers in developing and transition economies globally. Ms. Piercy represented the U.S. on the Board of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 1994 to 2001.
